Although the pandemic appears to be waning in many countries, we expect that many organizations will still be limiting professional travel in the fall of 2022. Consequently, TDWG 2022 will be a hybrid conference: in-person for those who can travel, and virtual for those who cannot. The conference will accommodate symposia, workshops, contributed oral and poster presentations, demos, and discussions, as well as keynotes and social events. Session timing will be anchored to the working hours of Sofia, Bulgaria, where the in-person conference will be held. Sessions will be streamed live, as well as recorded and posted within hours for people participating remotely (registration required).

TDWG Member Discounts:
TDWG members who have already paid their membership should have received a code that will provide a 50 euro discount on their registration. If you have to change from in-person to virtual, we can switch your registration to virtual and refund the difference (minus credit card processing fees) for switching before 17 August 2022. Please send correspondence to email@example.com.
In-person no-shows with no correspondence will not be refunded.
Standard cancellation terms:
All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be acknowledged by email. Questions should be addressed to email@example.com.
An administration charge (including credit card processing fees) will be made to any participant canceling before 17 August 2022. Cancellations received after 17 August 2022 will be required to pay a full registration fee. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost.
By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.
COVID-19 cancellation terms:
Delegates who are unable to attend the Conference due to COVID-19 will be automatically transferred to become virtual delegates (recorded events will be available virtually). It is the responsibility of the individual to contact the conference organizers (firstname.lastname@example.org). Delegates must send a note to email@example.com to qualify for a refund of the difference between in-person and virtual (minus processing fees).
All other cancellations will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Substitution of delegates is allowed at any time before Monday 10 October 2022.
