Practical training course on nanopore sequencing and genomics

Location: Institute for Plant Physiology and Genetics, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, "Acad. Georgi Bonchev Str.", bl 21, 1113, Sofia.

Participants will develop new skills in practical biodiversity analysis using cutting-edge DNA barcoding and high-throughput sequencing methods. During the course, various laboratory techniques and bioinformatics approaches will be learned while gaining practical experience in data analysis and publication. Additionally, participation in the course enables participants to become part of a dynamic community of internationally recognized researchers, stimulating their own research ideas.

The course is for young researchers, from undergraduates to PhD students. The course is completely free and will be entirely in English.
